1st Annual Student Technology Competition

 Teachers, here’s your chance to help your students get regional recognition for an outstanding project!  The purpose of the 1^st Annual Student Technology Competition is to encourage integration of the Technology Applications TEKS into the foundation curriculum to improve student performance.

All students in grades 3rd through 12th grades can enter.  Students have from September through January 21^st to work on their projects.  The top students from each category will be recognized.  Sponsoring classroom teachers that have student projects that place in the top three from any category will receive a digital camera for their classroom*.

Students can enter projects as an individual or as a team in the following categories:

Web Publishing Design

Desktop Publishing

Digital Video

Multimedia

Digital Graphics
