How to Save Your Gaggle Email

As we near the end of the school year, we want to remind you that we will no longer be having Gaggle as our email provider. If you wish to keep or save any emails for future use, please follow these steps.

Teacher Email

Student Email

1. Log into your SchoolFusion account.
2. Click on the "My Email" link.
3. Once you are in Gaggle, select the individual email that you want to save.
4. Click on the "Forward" button on the toolbar.
5. Type in your district email address on the "To:" line. (For example: youremail@mcallenisd.net)
6. Click on the "Send" button.
7. Repeat the above steps for every email that you want to save.
8. To double-check your forwarded emails, login to your District Email and verify your received emails.

5. Type in your personal email address on the "To:" line. (For example: personalemail@gmail.com)
*If you do not have a personal email address you can create one for free at:
6. Click on the "Send" button.
7. Repeat the above steps for every email that you want to save.
8. To double-check your forwarded emails, login to your personal email and verify your received emails.
