The Houstonville Post Office is charged with the task of delivering the mail.  Mail is delivered to areas throughout the entire school.  The Post Office teaches children responsibility by allowing them to deliver important information all over the school.  At the beginning of the school year, workers from the McAllen Post Office come to our campus to talk to students about how the postal system operates.  Student Postal Workers visit the McAllen Post Office to view firsthand how mail is processed and delivered.  Houstonville Post Office is run by second graders.
