One of the ways for Houstonville citizens to spend their hard earned money is by purchasing items at the "Target" retail store.  The "Target" store is staffed by third grade students who have applied for various jobs and have gone through the interviewing process.  Employees include manager, stocker, cashier, security, etc.  Cougar Cash is used to make purchases from this Target store.  The Target store in McAllen is one of our Partners in Excellence.  Their employees help our students understand how a retail business operates.
