This webpage has been developed by the McAllen Independent School District Purchasing Services Department to assist vendors in obtaining documents that contain Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications Statements, Quotes and other procurement documents to fill the needs of the District for its programs and operations.  Vendors wishing to participate in the District's procurement opportunities are encouraged to fill out a Bidder's Application Form available from Purchasing Services. Vendors are advised that the procurement opportunities shown here apply only to procurement documents issued by Purchasing Services. Furthermore, vendors are advised that although the procurement documents shown represent the majority of the procurement opportunities issued by Purchasing Services, not all procurement opportunities are listed. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary documents for submitting bids, proposals, etc. as required by the District. Vendors are responsible for viewing the listing regularly, or prior to submitting a bid/proposal response, to ensure that no addenda have been issued for the solicitation.  All items shown are C.S.T. or C.D.T.
