You and your buddies have wonthe "Dig-Doers" Contest! You have won a trip to travel around the world and investigate some very interesting animals. The leader of the task will become the head paleontologist. An Paleontologist is person who studies bones (fossils), leaves and rocks. Your task will be to learn all the facts you can about D-I-N-O-S-A-U-R-S! Be careful on this dangerous journey.
It is also in this
section that you'll communicate the Big Question (Essential Question, Guiding
Question) that the whole WebQuest is centered around.
The Task
At the end of your
exciting adventure you and your team will be able to write a report on
your team's favorite dinosaur. Your team will also do a project with
a model of the dinosaur you chose, showing its habitat and eating habits.
Remember, you need to include many facts!
You will investigate

Create a model of the Dinosaur that you have chosen showing it's habitat and what it eats.
At
the end of the Web Quest you will present the information about your favorite
dinosaur and display your model.
The Process
You and your team must finish all the required tasks before presenting to the class. You will be graded based on the following rubric:
You have now finished your journey to the exciting world of dinosaurs!! You have learned about the different kinds of dinosaurs and their characteristics. Maybe some of you would now like to become a paleontologist. Thanks for trying your best.
